Menu Plan Monday

I have so enjoyed getting back to meal planning.  It certainly saves me time on figuring out what to do for dinner.  Now, if everyone in the family would just cooperate by being healthy, we’d be in good shape!  Since we had so many sick in our family with the stomach virus that has been spreading where we live, our menu last week did have to change a bit, but given the circumstances, I believe we did a good job of sticking to the plan.

I tried a new Potato Soup recipe and it was delicious!  My husband and the kids loved it.

 Now for this week’s menu:  

Monday:  Chicken Teriyaki, Rice, Gyoza (holdover from last week)

Tuesday:  Basketball is over so we can now easily eat at home again after Han Mu Do.  Yay!  Breakfast for Dinner night…eggs, pancakes, and bacon

Wednesday:  Leftovers or soup before church

Thursday: Valentine’s Day Fondue Dinner:  Mexican Cheese fondue, Honey Garlic Chicken fondue or Mustard Infused Beef fondue depending on which meat is on sale, and Butterscotch fondue (I know the Mexican Cheese fondue doesn’t really match, but since the kids are fonduing {is that a word :)} also, we wanted something they would enjoy)

Friday:  Macaroni & Beef Casserole, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans

Saturday: Sausage Potato Bake, Bread, Salad

Sunday:  Sandwiches/Leftovers
