Menu Plan Monday: July 23, 2007

July 23, 2007

Edited:  Saturday night has changed as I completely forgot when writing out the menu late last night that Saturday is Sweet Pea’s birthday!

Menu Plan Monday

Y’all, the poppyseed chicken recipe from last week was delicious.  It was so good, in fact, that I plan to make it this Sunday when we have company over.  As usual, I overplanned a bit and had some unscheduled things come up, so I am making a few of last week’s choices this week.

Monday:  Italian Breaded Pork Chops, Salad, Creamed Corn, Bread

Tuesday:  Girls Night Out…my husband will probably make sandwiches or cook frozen fishsticks

Wednesday:  Crock Pot Cheesy Ravioli Casserole and salad. (carryover from last week)

Thursday:  Fresh Grilled Summer Pizzas, fruit, pasta salad.  (carryover from last week)

Friday:  Leftover Buffet

Saturday:  I originally had Breakfast for Dinner, but what was I thinking?  It is Sweet Pea’s birthday, so we will have a special dinner (either out or in, her choice) for her with birthday cake to follow!

Sunday:  Poppyseed Chicken, Rice, Broccoli, Fruit, Dessert
