Menu Plan MondayMenu Plan Monday is working out great for our family.  We are trying new recipes and are much more organized.  Unless we have a major interruption in our schedule, I rarely have a time when I have to face the dreaded “It’s 5:00 and I have no idea what to make for dinner” thought.  One thing I want to try is preparing several meals to keep in the freezer, but I am waiting until July when most of our summer camps are over.

Last week’s new recipe, Crisp & Creamy Baked Chicken, was a success.  Our company really enjoyed it, as did my family.  One thing I would do for next time is double the sauce in order to have more gravy for the rice.  Still, I give it P P P P

Here is the menu for this week:

Monday:  Hamburgers & Hotdogs, chips, grapes & cherries

Tuesday:  Lasagna, garlic bread, salad

Wednesday:  Leftovers

ThursdayChili-Lime Chicken Kabobs, Vegetable Kabobs, Raspberry-Peach Cobbler

FridayMu Shu Chicken Wraps, rice, ice cream

Saturday:  Out-of-town..will eat out

Sunday: Leftovers for lunch, Peanut Butter sandwich and fruit for dinner

    Oh, I love peach cobbler! I made a healthy peach/blackberry one a few weeks back and it was YUM! Your week looks tasty. Are you BBQ’ing today?
